Signage in Mozambique
Signs4SA successfully completed a professional signage project for TotalEnergies in Mozambique. TotalEnergies SE is a French multinational integrated energy and petroleum company founded in 1924 and is recognised as one of the world’s major global energy operators, with activities spanning oil, gas, renewable energy, and industrial fuel supply across multiple continents.
This project involved the full design, manufacturing, and production of high-quality illuminated corporate signage tailored for a large-scale industrial and commercial environment. The objective was to deliver a premium branding solution that enhances visibility, reinforces corporate identity, and performs reliably in outdoor and industrial conditions.
The signage was manufactured using precision laser-cut acrylic components, which were carefully fabricated to achieve a modern and professional three-dimensional effect. This fabrication method ensures sharp edges, clean finishing, and a high-end visual appearance suitable for corporate branding applications.
To further enhance visibility, LED lighting was integrated into each individual letter to create strong internal illumination. In addition, aluminium composite material (ACM) lettering was used with rear-mounted LED lighting to produce a halo effect, giving the signage a sophisticated glow and improving visibility at night and in low-light conditions.
This combination of direct illumination and halo lighting provides a powerful visual impact, making the signage highly effective for brand recognition, especially in high-traffic or industrial environments where visibility is critical.
Our team managed the complete manufacturing process from start to finish. This included material sourcing, precision cutting, fabrication, electrical LED installation, assembly, and strict quality control checks to ensure durability, alignment, and long-term performance under outdoor conditions.
Once manufacturing was completed, the signage was carefully packaged and prepared for international transport. Special attention was given to protective wrapping, structural reinforcement, and secure crating to ensure the signage was safely transported without damage during shipping to Mozambique.
