1. Definitions

2. Quotations

  • All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
  • Prices are based on specifications provided by the customer.
  • Changes to project specifications may result in revised pricing and timelines.

3. Orders and Acceptance

  • Orders are accepted upon written confirmation and payment of any required deposit.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring submitted information is accurate.

4. Artwork Approval

  • Customers must review and approve artwork before production begins.
  • Signs4SA is not responsible for errors present in approved artwork.

5. Production and Delivery

  • Production timelines are estimates and may vary.
  • Delivery dates are not guaranteed unless agreed in writing.

6. Installation

  • Installation dates depend on site readiness and weather conditions.
  • Customers must ensure installation areas are safe and accessible.

7. Payments

  • Deposits may be required before production begins.
  • Ownership remains with Signs4SA until payment is received in full.

8. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Custom-made products are generally non-refundable once production has started.
  • Cancellation fees may apply.

9. Warranty

  • Products are warranted against manufacturing defects under normal use.
  • Warranty excludes misuse, vandalism, accidents and unauthorized modifications.

10. Intellectual Property

  • All designs and artwork created by Signs4SA remain our intellectual property unless agreed otherwise in writing.

11. Website Use

  • Users may not use the website for unlawful or harmful purposes.
  • Unauthorized access attempts are prohibited.

12. Limitation of Liability

  • Signs4SA shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

13. Privacy
